Kayci & Jorel's Babyshower

On May 15th, we got to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law's baby shower for their twins, hosted by Jen Winnigar. We arrived at the Poor House Bistro around 1:00 p.m. I hitched a ride with Mrs Coon (Joel's mom). They had a live band and the patio was decked out with Hawaiian decor. It was weird in terms of a segregation of the guests, it was church people one side and on the other Jorel's friends, family, and Kayci's random friends. I ended up on the opposite side of the church people and hung with Josh and Sarah. We always have a great time together. I actually give HUGE props to all the church people that went-"Thanks for supporting them even if they are un-wedded. I just hope you went because you love them and not because you need something new to gossip about at church...."

They played two games, one where we had to guess how big Kayci's belly was using yarn (Sarah won), and for the other, the boys had to untie one shoe, blow a balloon and stick it under their shirt and try to tie their shoe without popping their balloon (Josh & Jorel won). If you brought a pack of diapers to the baby shower, you were entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 spa finder gift certificate, Sarah & Josh won that prize. Josh and Sarah were happy at the end of the shower because they never win anything.

Kayci and Jorel opened a ton of gifts and they were happy with the outcome of everything, and that is all that matters.

*NOTE-NAME UPDATE*
Kayci and Jorel have decided to change their twins names to-Marcus & Zoey-formerly known as Marcus & Madison. I liked the ladder best, but its not my children. They both say if the girl looks more like a Madison and less like a Zoey, they will revert back to the original(M&M).
