Fishing at Lexington Reservoir

Today I went fishing with Joel, Jared, Caleb, and Cole (Jared's labradoodle). We went to Lexington Reservoir, which is at the bottom of the hill going towards Santa Cruz. The sun was a blazing by the time we arrived. Joel and Jared have a license to fish so Caleb and I got to watch all the "fun".

The sun was weaving in and out of the clouds. I got drenched from my knees down and real muddy. Cole and I entertained each other and hiked aboooot.Jared caught a Wide Mouth Bass and released it into the water. Joel didn't catch anything this time, but maybe next time. I got some great shots of the surrounding area with my Nikon D80.

Afterwards, we got some grub at a hole in the wall mexican place, where Joel drank one gallon of horchata. Now I am home, relaxing, in clean clothes. I have a lot of homework to do...uggh!
