This summer is flying by so quickly, I barely have had any time to plan for Joel's birthday. Joel is going to be turning 26 next week, I can't believe that we are both getting so old, so fast. It amazes me that of those 26 years I have been in his life for 13 of them, and more to come.
I also need to plan our yearly camping trip. I know time always goes by fast, but with the weather this summer, I feel that summer hasn't really stayed long. Yesterday, I finished up with dogsitting in Santa Cruz, each day was an overcast chilly day, no sunshine the whole weekend. Where are you sun?!? I know that we are supposed to have an "Indian Summer", whatever that means, so maybe in September we might feel the warmness that we should have felt these last couple of months.
