Home Sick Home

I have been sick since Wednesday. How am I suppose to function at work or school with this crazy sickness of mine? Ever since I have gotten my thyroid illness, my immune system has crashed. I was never sick before. Now I am sick two or three times a year. I tried to play the brain game and convince myself I wasn't going to get sick, it didn't work. Oh well, I will get myself out of it again, no thanks to any miracle drug, but just good old warmth from a blanket, tea and a quick prayer. (I got out of work early today, so that can be a bit of a plus from this whole situation.)
