I have officially started summer. I got out of school 2.5 weeks ago, but dogsat since then. Now that I am done with dogsitting in Santa Cruz, I have officially started my vacation. I have a lot of adventures I need to catch up on. I want to start up hiking every Saturday and hopefully visit all of the County and or State parks here in California. I want to explore my new Nikon D80 camera more and become better at photography.
I need to get into the routine of working out as well. I started to do P90x, but didn't have enough hours in the day while working and going to school. I am not going to take any summer classes, but I might have to start studying for my LSATs for law school(YIKES!). My goal is to look good for Caleb and Julia's wedding (that I officially haven't been invited to) so my pictures will turn out good.
I started getting into Star Wars books, as you can see in the books I have finished reading. I am trying to read all the adult novel books from a time line built into one of the books. Amazingly, Star Wars books are really interesting to read.
Joel is into Dragon lance and Forgotten Realms books, but I can't get into that for some reason. I have just bought some more books from Amazon for a $.01 and hope I can finish up reading all of them this year. I love reading all kinds of different types of books so I wont just read Star Wars this summer. I need to catch up on some sun, my legs are getting too light for my taste. The weather lately isn't ideal for getting tans, but hopefully the sun will come out tomorrow, tomorrow (Annie's song just came to mind, sorry).
