Today, I went to Guisselle's baby shower for her unborn baby girl, Isabella Cristina, she is due in August (Guisselle wants her born on 8/6). I think this had to be my 4th or 5th baby shower this year, it helped me win 3 out of the 4 games played, so I'm not complaining. I won 2 $5 Starbucks gift cards and one Jamba Juice one.
I had great fun spending time with friends and meeting new people from her and her fiance's (Edgar)family. Her sister-in-law hosted the whole party and did such a great job with the food, games & decorations.
I have known Guisselle for the past 2.5 years from work. She now works elsewhere, but we still have a good friendship and I'm glad for it. She has a good sense of direction and also has a great sense of style. She is one stylish pregnant woman and only owns 6 pieces of maternity clothing. I wish the best for her and Edgar on their first born child. I can't wait to be in their shoes and have a baby shower of my own.
