On Saturday, I got to go hang out with my friend Lora (aka McGirt) who is on maternity leave from work. She has a 3 year old, Abigail and a 3 month old, Michael and her husband Dan. They live with her parents in a huge house in the Almaden Valley in South San Jose. I got there around 10:00 am and I ended up playing memory, a very short game of Chutes and Ladders, water paining out side and watching some of Princess and the Frog. I love her children they are so sweet and full of personality.
We had pizza for lunch and walked down to the park. We saw a magnitude of squirrels laying in the grass upon our arrival, it was very cool. After playing, we walked down further to get some frozen yogurt which was very yummy. On our walk home, Abbs passed out, literally. I ended up holding Michael in my arms while Abbs was strapped to his stroller, she barely fit in it and her feet kept dragging underneath the wheels. It was very amusing to see her so passed out with no energy. Her mom has never seen her so drunk with sleep, I thought it was cute.
Next Saturday, I'm going back to have a garage sale. Let me know if you want to particpate or come by for a looking. ;)
